Gravy was founded in February of 2020 in the heart of downtown Somersworth, NH in the iconic old 1886 Rail Station. After over 2 years at our original location we decided to move the Gravy train up the tracks to our new location in Wells, ME at 231 Post Road. We feature a menu based around it's namesake. Choose from a variety of selections and create your own personal Gravy experience or select one of our Classic Combos. We also offer classic desserts, soft drinks, fountain drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, seltzer, and cider.
Gravy Catering and Hospitality Consulting can provide the additional event coordination and planning to compliment the exceptional catering services provided. Chef Segal has a wide array of event planning experience, from Boston to Los Angeles. His innovative approach incorporates the best of what he has learned with the latest trends and styles.
Chef Mark is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in a leadership capacity in some of the finest hospitality groups in the nation, including the Patina Group, Restaurant Associates, Tinios Pro Hospitality, and Lydia Shire's Biba

That's right. After over two years in the beautiful old Rail Station in downtown Somersworth we are moving the Gravy train to Wells, ME. We will be here in Somersworth operating until mid May and hope to be open in our new location around the 1st of June. Cheers, love, and cheese curds.
